The Witch Order is a political entity made out of notable witches that fought in the war that divided the two worlds. Majority of its members are unknown and there are many conspiracy theories about the Witch Order, one of them being that the order is actually fabricated and the Monarch is controlling the San'ak Islands through different political facades.
